We Deliver For You
At Smith Home Furnishings, we're proud to offer the finest furniture delivery in northern Oklahoma and southern Kansas. We deliver everywhere from Alva to Vance AFB in Oklahoma and from Arkansas City to Winfield in Kansas. Our delivery hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Scheduling a Delivery
If the merchandise you purchased isn't already in our warehouse, we'll call you when it arrives. You then must schedule a delivery or pick-up within seven days.
The day before your scheduled delivery, you'll receive an automated call to confirm a two-hour delivery window. You'll be asked to accept this delivery time. If you cancel or reschedule your delivery after you accept, you'll be charged an additional fee.
Tips for a Smooth and Worry-Free Delivery
Ensure the Furniture Will Fit
Before confirming your delivery window, please measure the room to ensure the furniture will fit and inform us of any access issues such as narrow doorways, hallways, stairways, or difficult turns or corners.
Clear the Area
To avoid any damage, before the delivery clear the area where your new furniture will go of any old furniture or other items that would obstruct the delivery path.
Consider Your Existing Furniture
The delivery fee may include furniture assembly (if applicable), set up, and removal of packing materials. It does not include removing, moving, or rearranging old furniture. Some items require customer assembly and will not be assembled on delivery.
Arrange for an Adult to be Present
At the scheduled delivery time, please arrange to have a person age 18 or older present to accept and sign for the delivery. Because of insurance restrictions, we cannot deliver without a responsible adult present.
Inspect Your Delivery Merchandise
Please carefully inspect the merchandise with our delivery team to ensure there aren't any issues. If you have any immediate concerns, call us at 800-966-2180. If you notice an issue later, you must notify us within seven days of delivery.
The price of delivery is in accordance with geographical location and the number of pieces being delivered. Our “Full Service” delivery includes assembly, set-up, and removal of packing materials. Delivery does not include removal of old furniture, transporting old furniture to other locations and/or rearranging of furniture.
Picking Up Your Merchandise
If you prefer, you can pick up your merchandise at our showroom Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Tips for Picking-Up Your Merchandise
Assembly May Be Required
We are happy to assemble your purchase at no charge, with exception to price matches and certain items that require in-home assembly. Please give us until 2pm or later the next business day, for your merchandise to be assembled.
Inspect Your Merchandise
We strongly encourage you to carefully inspect your merchandise when you pick it up. We're not responsible for any damage that might occur after it leaves our store.
Report Damaged Merchandise Quickly
If you pick-up boxed or packaged merchandise, and then get home and find concealed damage, you must notify the store the same or next day. At that time, we will advise you on options for return, exchange, or parts/repair service.
Properly Load & Secure Your Merchandise
We're happy to help load your purchase. However, you're responsible for making sure it's properly loaded and secure. You should bring rope, blankets, or anything else needed to tie down and protect your merchandise.
